Welcome friend,

Spiritual formation is the joy of awaking to the Divine in the everyday ordinary life. This everyday ordinary life is the gift.  As I work to help those fellow journeyers who are wanting to grow in awareness of God and themselves, I picture myself creating a space where you are welcome, safe, and comfortable.

As a spiritual director I am similar to the party host who sets and creates the atmosphere, and then allows the party to take place as it will. I set a table and chairs, light the candle, and then join in with you as the Divine directs and guides.

Pull up a chair and take a deep breath.

The Spirit is already here.

My Vision

My desire is to accompany you on your journey of seeing the loving invitations of the Divine in your everyday, ordinary life and to create space for you to respond in ways that lead you to love God, yourself and others more deeply.

My Values

Girl with Arms Stretched Out

Holistic

We encounter the Divine in our body, mind and spirit.  This embodied spirituality moves through our head, heart, and hands out into the world.

Awareness

God is present to us in the everyday, ordinary spaces of our lives.  Courageous curiosity is required to know ourselves better and to choose to enter into this transformative work.

Journeying

Through intentional companionship, we are given the invitation to question, ponder & discern the movement of the Divine in our lives.  This helps us treasure the journey, not the destination.

Belonging

We are all unconditionally loved by the Divine.  As we remain rooted in our true identity as beloved, we are able to offer others the compassion and love we continually receive from our Maker.
